Where are you located?
Our storage facility is located at 9425 Brookpark Road in Parma, OH 44129. One thing our customers love about us is our convenient location and proximity to area landmarks, such as Sam’s Club and Walmart. We’re just minutes from downtown Cleveland, located between Ridge Road and Tiedeman Road.
Do you only serve the Parma community?
Actually, because we’re so centrally located and our list of services is so extensive, we’re also the perfect storage solution for members of the Brooklyn, Parma Heights, Cleveland, Brook Park, and Middleburg Heights communities.
When is your office open?
We provide office hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 9 a. m. to 1 p.m. Utilize these times, or give our call center a dial after office hours, to speak with our experienced team members and learn everything you need to make your move-in a success.
What are your security features?
Our property is surrounded by security fencing and is protected with an electronic security gate. Furthermore, our security cameras monitor the property 24/7.
When can I access my unit?
We provide access from 7 a.m to 9 p.m. to all of our customers every day! We know that one of the most important factors in choosing a storage facility is convenience, which is why our access hours are extended beyond our regular business hours.
What are your parking spaces like?
Parma Self Storage offers several different vehicle storage units, perfect for campers, vans, buses, commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, boats, cars, and more. We’re one of the only facilities in the area to provide this feature, so reach out to us and we’ll help you choose the right space for your vehicle.
What other kinds of spaces do you provide?
Our rentals also come in interior, climate-controlled options and ground-floor, drive-up accessible spaces. Whether you’re more concerned with getting on and off the property as quickly as possible or you have some belongings that are particularly sensitive to temperature fluctuations, we’ve got the right rental for you!
How can you make my move easier?
We know that moving can sometimes be an unpleasant process, which is why we’ve included a number of helpful resources to make the day a lot easier. Visit our office to snag a moving dolly or purchase some extra boxes, and don’t forget to ask our team about our truck rental program.
How can I pay my bill?
While you’re always welcome to make the short drive to our facility with your rent check, we offer online bill pay to eliminate this need.
